*Stable has Ten 12' x 12' Stalls each with 12' x 24' all weather runs, European style fronts, rubber mats
*Wash Rack & Tack Stall with hot & cold water with overhead heaters & fans
*Heated Tack Room with Washer & Dryer & Coffee Bar. Super Cute Bathroom
*70' x 165' Indoor Arena - insulated and designed with 30 windows to take advantage of the Beautiful Views & Natural Light. Laser leveled base with Sand Footing maintained daily.
*50' Round Pen - all weather leveled base and sand footing
*3 grass pastures, 2 smaller grass turnouts, & all weather turnout
*Fencing - Vinyl coated electricified 5 strand fence and Lucky Acres Panels & Gates
*Highest Quality Hay - Alfalfa/Orchard Grass Mix, Fed 3 x/day
*Owner provided grain and supplements fed as requested
*Stalls cleaned daily and horses handled for turnout, blanketing, etc by experienced Horse people trained in Horsemanship
*Access to adjoining 60 Acres for riding out plus Amazing Trail Riding options in the surrounding Mountains
*RV Hookups on Site
*Journeyman Farrier and High Performance Veterinarian available as needed.
